Short version: your planner lives on your own device. We only see what we need to make a feature work, and we never sell or share your data for advertising.

Your planner
Your blocks, to-dos, habits, moods, notes and settings are saved in your browser on your own device. We can’t see them.
Sync between devices (optional)
If you turn on sync, your planner is encrypted on your device with your sync code before it’s sent to our server. The server stores only the encrypted copy and can’t read it. Without your code, nobody can, including us.
Calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook (optional)
If you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, Daglig creates one new calendar called “Daglig” in your account and only works inside that calendar.
- What we access: the Daglig calendar and its events. With Google we ask only for permission to manage calendars that Daglig itself creates, so we can’t see your other calendars. With Outlook, Microsoft only offers wider calendar access, but Daglig only reads and writes the Daglig calendar.
- What we send: the title, notes, start and end of the blocks you plan, from one week back to two months ahead. Your routine is not sent.
- What we store: the access token from Google or Microsoft, encrypted, plus a list that links each block to its event. We don’t keep copies of your events.
- How it’s used: only to keep the Daglig calendar and your planner the same. Never for ads, profiling or training AI models, and it’s never sold or shared.
- Stopping: press Disconnect in Settings › Calendar. We delete the token and the list straight away. You can also remove Daglig in your Google or Microsoft account settings. The Daglig calendar stays in your account until you delete it.
Daglig’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we save your email address, the language you used and when you joined. We use it only to email you when Daglig launches, with the early-bird offer. We send it to Kit (kit.com), the service we use to send that email, which asks you to confirm your address first. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Calendar links
When you add a calendar by link, our server fetches that link for your planner because browsers can’t do it themselves. Nothing from it is stored on our server.
Reminders
If you turn on notifications, we store what your browser needs to send them to you (a push address), plus the reminder title and time until it has been sent.
Help chat and layout ideas
When you ask the help chat a question, or ask for layout ideas for your niche, the text you type is sent to Anthropic to write the answer. It isn’t used to train their models, and we don’t keep it.
Payments
Payments are handled by Polar. We get your email and what you bought, so we can send your download and help with support. We never see your card details.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The planner uses your browser’s storage only to save your own planner.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Write to [email protected].
